NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST AND IS NOT A SWEEPSTAKES, LOTTERY, OR GAME OF CHANCE. Winners are selected based on skill/creativity per the judging criteria below.
The Contest is sponsored by Harpoon, LLC ("Sponsor" or "Harpoon"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, or any other social platform (each, a "Platform"). The owner and distributor of the motion picture GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN DON'T DIE (the "Film Parties") are not sponsors, administrators or promoters of the Contest and shall have no responsibility for the administration, judging, operation or prize fulfillment of the Contest.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and identity.
The Contest begins and ends on February 1 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's timekeeping device is final.
During the Entry Period, create and post one (1) original video to an approved Platform (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that (a) uses the film title "GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN DON'T DIE" in a creative way (spoken, on-screen text, storyline device, etc.), and (b) includes #GoodLuckHaveFunDontDie so Sponsor can locate the entry. Your account must be public through judging/verification. Entries must comply with all Platform rules and these Official Rules. Entries may not include clips, still images, audio, dialogue or other copyrighted material from the film except for provided Sponsor Assets.
Sponsor may provide optional promotional assets/GIFs ("Sponsor Assets"). Sponsor grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Sponsor Assets solely to create and post your entry during the Entry Period. Sponsor Assets may not be used for any other purpose and may not be reposted or distributed separately. No rights or licenses in the film or any related intellectual property are granted.
Entries must be original to you (except Sponsor Assets), created for this Contest, and must not: (i) infringe any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity/privacy, etc.); (ii) include unlicensed music, clips, images, or logos; (iii) contain nudity, hate, harassment, threats, or illegal content; (iv) encourage unsafe behavior; (v) include content about minors in a way that violates law or Platform policy; (vi) include any false, deceptive, or misleading statements about Sponsor or the film; (vii) imply endorsement by, association with, or participation of any cast member, filmmaker or other individual associated with the film. Sponsor may disqualify any entry in its sole discretion for noncompliance, risk, or brand-safety concerns.
All eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor (or its designees) based on the following criteria (weighted equally unless Sponsor states otherwise): (a) Creativity/originality, (b) Effective integration of the film title, and (c) Craft/production execution (including but not limited to engagement), as subjectively evaluated by Sponsor (or its designees), and not based on quantitative metrics. The highest-scoring eligible entry is the potential Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor may designate finalists at its discretion. Tie-breakers will be resolved by higher score in Creativity/originality, then Sponsor's determination. Sponsor decisions are final.
Grand Prize (1 Winner): $2,500 USD cash plus round-trip economy airfare and hotel accommodations for the winner to attend the Los Angeles premiere or special screening event of the film, plus VIP access to the after party. Important: VIP/after-party access is subject to venue/security rules, capacity, and schedule; appearance of any individual (including Gore Verbinski and cast) is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Sponsor is solely responsible for all prize fulfillment, travel arrangements, and any modifications. The Film Parties shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with the prizes or any winner's attendance at any event.
Finalist Prize(s): Sponsor may award exclusive posters signed by Gore to certain finalists (or as determined by Sponsor).
Prize Conditions: Winner must (i) respond within 48 hours of notification, (ii) complete and return Sponsor's affidavit/release and any tax forms (W-9) within 5 days, and (iii) comply with all event/venue requirements. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any costs not expressly stated (meals, ground transport, baggage fees, incidentals, insurance, passport/ID, etc.). Travel must be booked by Sponsor or its agent; no reimbursement without prior written approval. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution except Sponsor may substitute equal or greater value if necessary. If winner cannot travel/attend as scheduled, Sponsor may award an alternate prize or select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.

By entering, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates, licensees, distributors, media partners, and designees an exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, fully paid-up, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, publish, publicly perform/display, distribute, and otherwise exploit your entry and any associated materials (including captions) in any media now known or later developed for marketing, publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes (and for internal/business purposes), without further notice or compensation. You also grant Sponsor the right to use your name, handle, voice, image, likeness, and biographical information in connection with such uses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in the entry.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, the Film Parties and Platforms from any claims arising from participation or prize use, including travel-related risks. Sponsor is not responsible for lost/late entries, Platform outages, or technical issues. IN NO EVENT will Sponsor be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
